Kilgore field service and trailer combinations

Kilgore service and manufacturing jobs can use straight trucks or trucks towing heavy equipment.

Does an oilfield support trailer change my CDL goal?

Take the truck and trailer ratings to the conversation. An employer’s service truck alone may be different from the same truck towing a heavy trailer. Tell DPS and the rental office about the combination you will actually operate.

Find the right DPS location before booking equipment

If your examiner appointment is in Kilgore, give that precise location to the rental office. Verify vehicle delivery or make a different arrangement before you pay for or schedule travel.

Office suggestions use the listed locations near the starting city. Your appointment confirmation determines the actual test address. Get Your CDL Quick! provides its in-person vehicle services in Royse City.

Get an itemized quote for your trip

For a field-service assignment, ask whether the truck only carries tools or also tows equipment. Get the truck and trailer ratings from the employer so the discussion covers the right class and coupling system. Ask which rental charges apply to your test site, what fuel costs extra and whether your selection qualifies for separate complimentary behind-the-wheel ELDT.
